Important Dates for the 2026 Finals in Dublin, Ireland

A basic, more detailed schedule will be available early next year with the final full schedule in May 2026.

Mini/Children competition
Start: Wednesday 8 July 2026
End: Monday 13 July 2026
Grand Finals: Monday 13 July 2026

Junior/Senior competition:
Start: Sunday 12 July 2026
End: Saturday 18 July 2026
Grand Finals: Saturday 18 July 2026

Please note: the street/commercial sections will be during the normal competition for 2026.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION FOR ALL SCHOOLS ENTERING THE FINALS IN DUBLIN AND BRINGING PROPS FOR THEIR PERFORMANCES.
DWC requests that all schools bringing props to the 2026 Finals in Dublin complete the required props form in advance.

The venue will be very strict regarding which props may be used on stage.
If a prop does not have a completed form submitted in advance, it will not be permitted on stage.
